  Rules

1. Chewelah Casino reserves the right to amend or change rules without prior notice for the preservation, safety, control and orderly operation of the RV Park.
2. NO RESERVATIONS. Spots are available as first come, first serve.
3. Registration: Proceed to cashiers and pay $15.00 per night. Bring receipt to Security Podium and register.
4. Speed limit is 5 miles per hour.
5. Check out time is at 12:00 Noon.
6. PETS. Pets must be under the control of their owner; they must be kept on a leash at all times or kept inside the owner’s R.V. – this includes cats and all other pets. They cannot be put in small fences on the campsite. There is a limit of two dogs per site, and they must be under 30 lbs. EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR PET. No pets allowed in buildings, under any circumstances. Noisy or vicious pets are not allowed. If any pet is unruly, the owner must take it off the premises immediately. Please respect your fellow campers and friends.

9. GARBAGE. Cans have been provided for your convenience so please use them.
10. MINORS.  Must have an adult of legal age accepting responsibility for their behavior. An adult must accompany children under the age of 13 at all times. While we welcome families and children, we cannot take responsibility for their safety or security.
11. You are liable for any damages. Anyone caught deliberately destroying campground property is expected to pay for the damage and will be asked to leave without a refund.
12. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
13. All guest and their visitors of the RV Park assume all risks associated with entering this park, including, but not limited to, your animals and vehicles. Guests and their visitors agree that The Spokane Tribe of Indians shall not be liable for any injury, including death, to any person caused by any use of the park. Guests and their visitors further agree that The Spokane Tribe of Indians shall not be responsible and /or liable for any damage to or loss of personal possessions, vehicles, jewelry, personal effects, currency, equipment, property or to any acts of nature.
14. Illegal activity shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
